Everyone goes through things in life, we’ve all experienced pain (acute or chronic to some extend),
we’ve all had injuries (minor or severe), but a lot of the time we don’t know how to deal with it. With
the knowledge I’ve gained through graduating Massage Therapy School and the work experience
I’ve built over the years, I aim to help anyone willing to do what is necessary to break the pain cycle,
recover from injuries and eventually prevent them via Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Self-
Care. I’m here to help you first, and then help you help yourself.
I graduated from Mohawk College in 2017 and started my career as an RMT in 2019. I use my
extensive knowledge of the anatomy and the body mechanics to assess and treat anything from
body aches and pains to more severe debilitating injuries, which often come with chronic pain.
I have called Hamilton home since 2014. I am from a French Island called Reunion, where I spent
the first 18 years of my life. I then moved to Metropolitan France for a couple years, and ultimately continued my journey to Canada. I am fluent in French and am happy to welcome you in either language.
